HOFMAN HVF-LOK instrumentation ball valves feature precision two-piece and three-piece body designs, including two-piece hex body options engineered to minimize potential leak paths. Available in 2-way and 3-way flow patterns with T-port and L-port configurations, these valves accommodate versatile directional flow control and fluid routing requirements alongside our instrumentation needle valves for fine throttling service. The floating ball design utilizes downstream line pressure to dynamically load against the seat, ensuring positive leak-proof shut-off during high-pressure service.
Pressure Ratings & Seat Materials
Hofman HVF-LOK instrumentation ball valves are manufactured in sizes ranging from 1/8″ to 1″ with working pressure ratings of 2,000 psi (138 bar), 6,000 psi (414 bar), and up to 10,000 psig (689 bar). Standard construction utilizes SS316L stainless steel, with Super Duplex, Monel, and Inconel 625/825 available for severe service. Every valve undergoes 100% factory hydrostatic pressure testing, provides full heat code traceability (EN 10204 3.1 MTRs), and is available with Delrin, PTFE, PEEK, or KEL-F seats.
