Type Testing & Standards
HOFMAN HVF-LOK compression tube fittings are type-tested strictly in accordance with ASTM F1387 performance requirements to ensure leak-free integrity under extreme pressure, impulse, and vibration conditions. Available in both single ferrule and double ferrule designs, these fittings incorporate case-hardened back ferrules for maximum tubing grip alongside internally silver-plated nuts to minimize make-up torque. Engineered for high-integrity instrumentation systems, they accommodate fractional and metric tube sizes ranging from 1/16" to 2" OD (3mm to 50mm OD) at working pressures up to 10,000 psig (689 bar), seamlessly integrating with our industrial pipe fittings and 37° flared tube fittings.
Sizes & End Connections
HVF-LOK double-ferrule and single-ferrule compression tube fittings are manufactured in SS316L, Super Duplex, Monel, and alloy steels for tube sizes ranging from 1/16″ to 2″ OD (3mm to 50mm OD) at working pressures up to 10,000 psig (689 bar). All fittings are type-tested strictly in accordance with ASTM F1387 performance standards, incorporate case-hardened back ferrules and internally silver-plated nuts to minimize make-up torque, and provide 100% heat code traceability with EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Reports.
- HOFMAN Tube Fittings are available in Single & Double Ferrule Design.
