HOFMAN HVF-LOK proportional safety relief valves feature externally adjustable set pressure mechanisms designed to protect process systems against overpressure conditions. Utilizing color-coded springs and labels to clearly identify specific cracking pressure ranges, back pressure exhibits minimal effect on cracking pressure accuracy. Each valve incorporates a lock wire feature to tamper-proof and secure the calibrated pressure setting once set.
Pressure Ratings & Materials
- Relief Valves are Available in material SS316L. Other Materials such as SS304, Super Duplex, Monel, Inconel 625/825 Etc. are available on request.
- Variety of end connections – Male & Female NPT, BSPP, BSPT and HOFMAN Tube Fitting.
- Maximum working pressure up to 8,000 psig. (552 bar).
- Size ranging from 1/8″ to 1/2″ & 6mm OD to 12mm OD.
- Colour coded springs and labels indicate spring cracking range
- Back pressure has minimum effect on cracking pressure
- Standard Orifice 3.6mm & 4.8mm
- Relief pressure adjustable externally.
