How Our Check Valves Work
HOFMAN HVF-LOK instrumentation check valves (NRV / Non-Return Valves) are designed to permit unidirectional fluid flow while preventing backflow and system contamination. These non-return check valves feature precision spring-loaded poppets with a choice of cracking pressure ranging from 1/3 to 25 psig (with custom ratings available on request) to ensure immediate, positive seating. Engineered for high-integrity process lines, they provide reliable reverse-flow prevention in both high-pressure gas and liquid systems.
Pressure Ratings & Materials
- Check Valves are available in SS316, Other Materials such as SS304, Super Duplex, Monel, Inconel 625/825 Etc. are available on request.
- Variety of end connections – Males & Female NPT, BSPP, BSPT & HOFMAN Tube Fitting connection
- All Check Valves have a standard working pressure of 6000psi
- Maximum working pressure of 10000psi is available upon request
- Size ranging from 1/8″ to 1″.
- Choice of cracking pressure from 1/3 to 25 psig, others upon request.
