HOFMAN HVF-LOK instrumentation needle valves are available in both metal-seated and soft-seated variants, utilizing a non-rotating Vee-tip or ball-tip stem design to deliver repetitive, bubble-tight shut-off. Standard configurations feature PTFE gland packing for smooth operation, with optional Graphoil packing extending service capability up to 538°C (1000°F). Additionally, these needle valves can be configured with an auxiliary vent to serve as compact block-and-bleed valve assemblies for instrument isolation and line pressure venting.

- HOFMAN Needle Valves are available in both Metal seat and Soft seat.
- Available in material SS316L.
Other Materials such as SS304, Super Duplex, Monel, Inconel 625/825 Etc. are available on request. - Variety of end connections – Male & Female NPT, BSPP, BSPT, ISO tapered pipe ends & HOFMAN tube fittings.
- Maximum working pressure up to 10,000 psig. (690 bar).
- Size ranging from 1/8″ to 1”
- PTFE standard gland packing, Alternate Graphoil packing for high temperature. Max. temperature up to 538°C (1000°F).
- Non-Rotating Vee-tip / Ball tip provides repetitive & leak tight shut-off.
