Configurations
HOFMAN HVF-LOK Double Block and Bleed (DBB) and Single Block and Bleed (SBB) valves are available in modular mono-block and 3-piece body constructions designed for critical process isolation. Engineered to save space and weight while eliminating potential leakage points, these manifolds are supplied in standard valve configurations including BNB (Ball-Needle-Ball), BBB (Ball-Ball-Ball), BN (Ball-Needle), NNN (Needle-Needle-Needle), and NN (Needle-Needle). Equipped with anti-tamper bleed connections, they deliver high-integrity dual isolation with working pressure ratings up to 10,000 psig (689 bar), complementing our direct-mount primary isolation monoflange valves.
Industry Standards & Testing
Hofman HVF-LOK Double Block and Bleed (DBB) valves are manufactured to ASME B16.34, ASME B31.3, ASME B16.5, and API 6D / ISO 14313 standards, with working pressure ratings up to 10,000 psig (689 bar) and certified fire-safe protection to BS 6755 Part 2 and API 607. Supplied in SS316L, Super Duplex, Monel, and Inconel 625/825 in modular mono-block and 3-piece designs, every valve undergoes 100% factory hydrostatic testing and includes complete EN 10204 3.1 heat code traceability.

- Inlet/Outlet Flanged connections – Flanged as per 1/2” to 4”, 150 to 2500 class, API Flanges up to 2.1/16”, 3000, 5000 & 10000 lbs, Thread connections – 1/4″, 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4″, 1” NPT, BPST, BSPP.
